What you will make

You’ll also learn to make rich and savoury masoor dhal, cooling cucumber raita and a vibrant, fresh mint and coriander chutney.

Yasmin’s authentic Punjabi chicken curry kit contains a unique recipe booklet with six recipes, a guide to tasting and using spices and helpful tips and techniques.
Everything you need
All the spices and green lentils you need to cook the recipes twice over are included (ground cumin, turmeric, ground coriander, paprika, chilli powder, garam masala, ajwan seeds, green lentils). Spices are packed in resealable 25g pouches, green lentils in a resealable 300g pouch.
